Recently, the British heartthrob partied with sexy model Annika Holtz in LA. Check out this "epic" photo Holtz posted on both Twitter and Instagram. The 32-year-old model probably didn't post this snapshot immediately after it was taken. R-Patz attended the Australians in Film Gala with Isla Fisher on Thursday (Oct. 25), and he was totally clean-cut and shaven. According to E! News insiders, Pattinson looked "cheerful" and happy during the event.
