Does Mark Wahlberg Think Justin Bieber Can Act in Upcoming Basketball Movie? [VIDEO]

Justin Bieber had just released his highly anticipated album Believe, ended his non-stop 2 week "All Around the World Tour," launched his second fragrance "Girlfriend, and even received a declaration of "Justin Bieber day" in Manhattan. What more can this pop sensation fit into his schedule? A basketball movie with Mark Wahlberg.

It's still in the planning stages and Walhberg is expected to play a reluctant mentor to a talented and "wisecracking" kid (Bieber). Bieber has played ball on MTV and has performed well in that area as well.

Walhberg admits Bieber "can play. but [he] also really thinks he can act." He also jokes that Bieber will not be able to maintain his current hairdo for the planned movie.

Will there be any singing in the movie? Wahlberg said to MTV News, "Absolutely not."

Bieber will need to get into character and not be seen as the teen sensation that he is.
