Chuck Inglish announces solo album, debuts track with Chromeo

It's been an absolutely fantastic week for slick '70s revivalists Chromeo. The disco-indebted former buzz band watched from the sidelines as Daft Punk made their brand of music cool again in 2013 and burst out this year with a Toro Y Moi collab. Now, they've teamed up with Chuck Inglish of the newly reunited Cool Kids on "Legs", the first single off Chuck's solo debut Convertibles. This track might suffer from a bit of bad timing, as "Legs" definitely sounds like a bit of poolside funk and most of the United States' water has frozen over in service of a grander, tundra-like hellscape. However, it can't be denied that the track deserves some time to shine after the thaw.

Convertibles drops on August 8 with a laundry list of hot rappers and production from Incubus' Mike Einziger. Check out the tracklist below.
