NBA star Tony Parker happened to be at the W.i.P club on that fated night where a crazy bottle blitz occurred between Chris Brown's and Drake's entourages. The basketball player's retina was scratched after some flying glass hit his eyes, according to reports. Though the injury is not threatening, Parker needs to wear a patch over his eye for several weeks.

As as result of the damage caused, Parker filed a $20 million suit against the W.i.P NYC club in Soho. There are other lawsuits up in the air from others who were more seriously injured during the brawl.
Parker currently has to sit out of his team's games in France due to the need to recuperate form the injury.
He said, "I'll be missing the start of the French team because I can't do anything for a week except keep the lens in and then take drops."
Club owner Jonathan Cantor has now closed the club temporarily, and is undergoing some other troubles unrelated with this recent brawl that occurred.

Since the event, no one has been arrested by the police yet. The management of the club has given the video footage to police to investigate.
