St. Vincent's "Digital Witness" has been the best song of this young year. The social media-averse, Byrne-ian track debuted month, and now it has a conformity-filled dystopian clip to match the themes of the St. Vincent cut.

People march in lock-step as Annie Clark stands around her apartment/cell in clothes worthy of her new, petrified white mental patient 'do. It's slick and unsettling just like the track it supports. And it's only slightly less uncomfortable than the looping gif that accompanied the original release.

Her new album St. Vincent comes out February 24th in the UK and Feburary 25th in the United States. You can preorder on iTunes. St. Vincent is touring abroad this month, but comes stateside February 26th with a show at Terminal 5 in New York City. Don't fret, there are plenty of tour dates through the spring.
