Did you know that Facebook, that social media website that most of the world is on most of the day, is celebrating its 10th anniversary this week? That's right! Ten years ago Mark Zuckerberg launched his world-changing social network that made him a household name and allowed your mom to "poke" you every so often. Well the Facebook team has decided to celebrate this anniversary by giving its users a gift: a special "Look Back" video for everyone!

You can check out your own personalized video by clicking here. Some reports claim that these videos might not be ready until the end of the day, but you should try it out anyway!

Here is an excerpt from Zuckerberg's official 10th anniversary statement:

It's been an amazing journey so far, and I'm so grateful to be a part of it. It's rare to be able to touch so many people's lives, and I try to remind myself to make the most of every day and have the biggest impact I can.

People often ask if I always knew that Facebook would become what it is today. No way.

I remember getting pizza with my friends one night in college shortly after opening Facebook. I told them I was excited to help connect our school community, but one day someone needed to connect the whole world.

I always thought this was important -- giving people the power to share and stay connected, empowering people to build their own communities themselves.
