Pharrell Williams has been around for what feels like forever, but it seems like he's not ready to give up his fame and stardom yet. Recently he was the star of the 'Brit Awards', has been linked with working with superstars One Direction and now he's followed that up by taking the number one spot in the Official UK Singles Chart and stealing the headlines at 'The Oscars'. Not bad, right?

His hit song 'Happy' found its way back to number one in the UK chart, beating out a host of other popular songs that you can see below:

2 (1) Sam Smith - Money On My Mind
3 (3) Clean Bandit - Rather Be (ft. Jess Glynne)

7 (-) Foxes - Let Go For Tonight

They say there's nothing more important than the beginning and the end, and Pharrell Williams had the first performance of 'The Oscars'. The star singer wore his big hat, red sneakers and his Adidas jacket, and he performed none other than his Oscar-nominated and UK number one single 'Happy'.

It seems 2014 is Pharrell's year, and he has many reasons to be 'Happy' about. What's next for the superstar?
