A Chicago strip club just got served in a battle in court, because a judge has ruled it can't use the name "Magic City" for any reason, version or spelling.

According to TMZ, Atlanta's infamous Magic City strip club sued the Chicago club when they tired to use the club's name.

The use of the name would probably start some confusion, and lead party goers to the wrong club. Vistors would think they were attending the popular strip club in Atlanta, where Jay Z, Ludacris, Outkast, and more have attended but might think it is a new spot in Chicago, and Magic City is not having that!

The judge working the case has rules that the Atlanta club has been successful in the market on the name, ordering the "Windy City" strip joint to stop using the name Magic or anything related to "Magic City."

This means that the use of variation, including Majik, Majic, and Magik are out!

The gossip site also reveals that the Chicago owners are required to cancel and take down ads apologizing for confusing customers; ouch and who said money doesn't make the world go round.
