Perrie Edwards gushes about the best reason for marrying Zayn Malik and talks wedding plans with Little Mix

Perrie Edwards and Zayn Malik are used to answering questions about their engagement and their upcoming wedding, but sometimes they get a question that involves a heartwarming answer. The Little Mix songstress was recently asked what the best thing about marrying the One Direction singer is, and she made us all melt with her answer.

So what did Perrie say is the best thing about marrying Zayn?

"[The best thing is] Just knowing that I am going to be with somebody that I love forever," she said.

If you need some time to wipe away a tear of joy, go ahead. We'll wait.

Getting back to the more talked about subject of her wedding, Perrie was asked if she had started planning, shopped for dresses, or anything else that comes before the big day. It turns out she hasn't! She simply said no. But her Little Mix bandmates were jumping for joy at the thought of planning the ceremony with Perrie.

"I can just imagine these three going 'we should get this and that!'. They'll get carried away," Edwards said.

"I am excited for the party and the wedding cake! I have never been to a really cool wedding before," Jesy Nelson admitted. "I am excited. I have been to one but I was really little and I can't remember."

Leigh-Anne Pinnock added: "It is going to be the best wedding ever. Literally."

"We have to think of a really good present," said Jade Thirwall. "Ours has to be the best one!"
