A judge in the case of rapper Ludacris and his daughter's mother, Tamika Fuller has determined that Ludacris will pay his baby mother, and her legal bills.

According to Radar Online, court documents filed on March 20 reveals that Tamika Fuller was named guardian of the former lovers 4-month-old daughter, Cai Bella, "for the purpose of representing the best interest of the child."

Ludacris' attempt to have his baby mama held in contempt of court was denied.

The documents state, "The Petitioner shall pay the Guardian ad Litem's initial retainer of $7,500.00, to be replenished to the full amount when depleted to $1,500.00."

"The Guardian ad Litem shall be billed at a rate of $325.00 per hour. The retainer shall be paid directly to the Guardian ad Litem within 14 days of the entry of this order."

March 18, both Chris Bridges ( Ludacris' real name) and Fuller testified in front of a Georgia judge where Fuller pled with the Superior Court of Fulton County for her attorney fees to be taken care of by her baby's father, Ludacris.

"Petitioner shall pay to Respondent's counsel, Thirty Five Thousand Dollars ($35,000.00), in addition to any amounts previously awarded or paid, as an award of temporary attorney's fees and expenses of litigation," the March 20 ruling stated.
"Said amount shall be paid to Respondent's counsel within 10 days of the date of this order."

Also Ludacris will have to pay an additional $2,000 in fees, because his motion to have Fuller found in contempt was denied, ouch!

His daughter Cai is the second child for the rapper; he also has another daughter from a previous relationship, 12-year-old Karma.
