PotLuck Video receives a demonstration of the freezer magic that is the Anti-Griddle by FWx.

Alex Vallis and Lawrence Marcus show PolyScience's Anti-Griddle.  In FWx's labs, the groups is able to experiment and change how to change your freezing game.

"It provides a cooking service that instead of getting hot, it gets incredibly cold," says Marcus.  The device reaches -30°F and progressive, modernist chefs have been using the device for complicated dishes that have been featured on high-end tasting menus.

The group tests out the fast-freezing machine using Sriracha chili sauce, bottled latte, and moscato wine.

With each ingredient's testing, the device quickly freezes the products easily.  With pouring, there really is no shape that can't be created out of the liquids.

Vallis recommends using the device to create latte chips that can be used as a substitute for ice in iced coffee.  Since the device reaches a temperature much lower than the average freezer, the latte chips are much colder than the ice cubes you could create in a normal convention.

Marcus recommends using the frozen moscato wine for cheese pairings, as the wine can be easily sliced and placed on top of cheese and crackers.  "This is a wine that is really fantastic with cheese, so we thought you could layer this with cheese and crackers and you would have a wine and food pairing in one bite."
