The cute kid that played the role of 10-year-old Ricky Bobby in Talladega Nights was once again arrested for allegedly pushing his own mother down the stairs, according to TMZ.

Ricky Bobby's new arrest is his second arrest in the last month. In that incident, Bobby whose real name is Luke Bigham was arrested after he received a reckless driving charge that caused a five-car pileup, injuring 3 according to the NY Daily News.

The actor was sent to jail, where he was still sitting behind bars as of Wednesday afternoon. No one has come to the rescue to post Bigham's $1,000 bail.

Talladega Nights was released in 2006, starring Will Ferrell, Will Ferrell, John C. Reilly, Gary Cole, Michael Clarke Duncan, Leslie Bibb, Sacha Baron Cohen, Jane Lynch and Amy Adams.
