Nicole Richie Introduced Cameron Diaz & Benji Madden

On Watch What Happens Live, host Andy Cohen questioned Nicole Richie's involvement in the recent coupling of Sex Tape star Cameron Diaz and her brother-in-law Benji Madden.  The Candidly Nicole star took full-credit.

"Yes, I'm going to take responsibility for everything," Richie said when asked if she had a part in the couple's hookup. "I approve of anything that's going to make Benji happy." 

Madden, 35, and Diaz, 41, have been making moves in their relationship with Diaz introducing Madden to her family over the 4th of July.  "They flew into Orlando and then drove to Tampa where they met up for a reunion," a source told E! News. "They also spent a few days at the beach on Anna Maria Island, where Cameron's family has a house. It was a great vacation and they had a blast spending time with Cameron's nieces and nephews." 

"I am a devoted sister-in-law and I am happy for anybody who's happy," she added. "I want everyone to be surrounded with love." 

Richie, 32, and her own husband Joel Madden, 35, are rumored to be facing trouble in paradise but the couple has not addressed the rumor of their rocky relationship.  According to Star Magazine, their marriage is hanging by a thread, and she's considering a divorce," said the magazine. "The stress from her marriage has made Nicole lose her appetite. She's trying to stay strong for the kids, but she's been extremely down and cries all the time."
