Primus Takes Concerts A Step Further Than Holograms By Promising A 'One-Of-A-Kind Psychedelic Experience" On Its New 3-D-Enhanced Tour

A band often noted for its spectacles and weirdness, Primus announced Thursday on its Facebook page that it will soon be embarking on the "first-ever traveling 3-D-enhanced live musical performance."
The announcement promised that this new tour would indeed be a "one-of-a-kind psychadelic experience, further enhanced by the fact that every show will also feature Quad Surround Sound."
Details of the tour are unknown, but some of them will be announced July 30. Meanwhile, the band is headlining the Gathering of the Vibes music festival in Bridgeport, Conn., this Saturday.
