RHOA Phaedra Park, Apollo Nida Divorce After 8 Year Jail Sentence, Phaedra "Wants To Leave Him"

Real Housewives of Atlanta reality star, Phaedra Parks is allegedly divorcing her convict husband, Apollo Nida after he was sentenced to 8 years in prison for fraud.

According to In Touch Weekly, sources say Phaedra "wants to leave him" after he was sentenced to prison July 8 and was forced to pay $1.9 million in restitution.

Should Phaedra leave?

Reality star, Kandi Burruss told Hollywoodlife.com that Phaedra is trying to remain positive and numb to the recent sentencing by staying focused on her work, "She's basically working. That's how I deal with things too; when I have a lot going on, I just put more into work. I know that she's promoting her book and doing the book tour and stuff like that and she's not really trying to focus as much on what's happening," she said.

Kenya Moore tweeted that's he would not attack Apollo and Phaedra while they were down, however threw some jabs writing, "You can't kick someone while they are down even if they fell trying to trip you. Offer them a hand instead.
