When Kobe Bryant and Kevin Durant speak, the world listens. Two of the NBA's biggest superstars have made digs at LeBron James, FIBA, the women's World Cup, the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Charlotte Hornets recently. Why, you ask? Because of Sydney Leroux's injury, the Hornets decision to not keep Kept by the Hornets and the fact that the Cavaliers want to trade Andrew Wiggins to the Minnesota Timberwolves for Kevin Love. Kobe and Kevin do not agree with artificial turf being used for the women, and Bryant is angry that Wiggins is set to be traded.

Bryant and Durant blasted FIFA for their plans to use artificial pitches for the women, with Bryant tweeting "#ProtectTheAthlete." and Durant posting "C'mon now FIFA u can't have our women playing on turf. @sydneyleroux I got ya back." As usual, when NBA greats speak, everyone stops, listens and analyzes. Can the pair make a difference?

Bryant wasn't done there, he soon hit out at the Cavaliers for their plans to trade Wiggins. He was traded from the Hornets to the Los Angeles Lakers, where he became one of the all-time greats of the NBA, and it seems he thinks Wiggins will follow in his footsteps. He explained "Cleveland is making the same mistake that Charlotte made with me," This was taken as a dig at LeBron, as he desperately wants Love to come in at Wiggins' expense.

Will FIFA change their minds, and is Kobe right about Wiggins? We'll soon find out.
