The rumors of another royal baby have been confirmed today as Kensington Palace announced that Prince William and Kate Middleton are expecting their second child together.

The Duke of Cambridge, 32, was attending an engagement at St. Hugh's College in Oxford, England as he stopped to talk to reporters.

"She's feeling okay, thanks," he said. "It's been a tricky few days. But we're immensely thrilled. It's great news, and early days. We're hoping things just settle down and she feels a bit better. I'm going to look after her now."

Prince Williams was at the college opening the Dickson Poon University of Oxford China Centre Building. Royal engagements must go on, pregnant wife and all!

The due date is yet to be stated, though one thing is for certain, the palace confirmed that Catherine is suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum. This was why she was unable to be in Oxford with Prince Williams today.

According to the New England Medical Journal, "The reported incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum is 0.3 to 1.0%; this condition is characterized by persistent vomiting, weight loss or more than 5%, ketonuria, electrolyte abnormalities (hypokalemia), and dehydration." Middleton experienced the condition in her last pregnancy with Prince George as well.

If that was a mouthful to comprehend, don't fret; the Palace has said that the Duchess is being treated by doctors at Kensington Palace.

British Prime Minister David Cameron took to Twitter to congratulate the young couple. "Many congratulation to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. I'm delighted by the happy news that they're expecting another baby."

The famous couples second child will be fourth in line to the throne. What is great for the new baby is only worse news for their uncle Harry! Prince Harry's line of succession will be bumped to fifth in line upon his niece or nephew's birth.
