Kendall Jenner Shares Runway, Health And Beauty Secrets: Kusmi Detox Tea, Apples, Sleep

Kendall Jenner has been killing the runway this fall at fashion shows around the world.

It comes as no surprise that the young model follows a strict diet and beauty regimen to keep her slim figure and stay runway-ready. Lucky for us, she has shared some of her health and beauty tips.

According to E! News, Kendall makes sure to keep lots of Kusmi Detox tea on hand, which is a blend of Chinese green tea, maté, lemon grass and lemon.

"I usually start my day off with a cup of detox tea," Kendall said. "I have, like, 12 cups a day."

She also mentioned she snacks on apples throughout the day. Eating clean is important to Kendall, so a diet loaded with fresh fruits, veggies and lean protein is absolutely vital.

To keep her body in tip-top shape, Kendall also enjoys running.

"I like running," she said. "I've been trying to get back into it."

As far as beauty secrets, Kendall said there is one she swears by: sleep.

"My beauty secret for Fashion Week is just getting a good amount of sleep," Kendall said. "I feel like I at least need about seven hours, eight hours of sleep to function."

Kendall's health and beauty secrets are pretty standard but seem to be working wonders for her. The 18-year-old looks fabulous and has been showing off her skills at runway shows, including Donna Karan, Tommy Hilfiger, Marc Jacobs and Diane von Furstenberg.

In addition to the New York Fashion Week shows, she has also walked in Milan Fashion Week shows, including Fendi, Ports 1961, Pucci, Bottega Veneta and Dolce & Gabbana.
