It looks like daytime TV is getting more dramatic than ever, as now producers of the ABC talk show The View are thinking about putting in a "time-out room" behind scenes. Tensions have been running pretty high on the series, which just premiere earlier this month with a new cast of co-host including Nicolle Wallace, Rosie Perez, and the return of Rosie O'Donnell.

According to reports from both RadarOnline and NY Daily News, the ladies haven't been getting long with each other since the first few days of filming. Rosie has come to blows with veteran host Whoopi and newbie Nicolle, over topics that have been brought up on the show.

Well it looks like the producers have come up with a new idea, in hopes that the ladies will utilize it when their tempers run a bit too high. The idea of the room came to fruition after Rosie and Whoopi fought in front of the studio audience, which we reported on last week.

"They are even saying they'll paint it white, and they joke it's the 'safe place' in the midst of the drama," an insider reveal to the Daily News. "Rosie needs an area to tap into her inner peace, and the rest of the cast can use it for a quick unwind during a commercial break, rather than let feelings boil over on set."

This will be a good place to chill out, in lieu of their dressing rooms, which are too far away to take a break in during the middle of the show.

However, while the cast has been pretty difficult to deal with, Radar is reporting that the series has boosted their ratings during the first few weeks out.
