At age one, Prince George is already foreseeing legal action in his life! His parents Prince Williams and Kate Middleton are taking legal action against a photographer they are accusing of harassing the young Prince.

"The Duke and Duchess have taken legal steps to ask that an individual ceases harassing and following both Prince George and his nanny as they go about their ordinary daily lives," Buckingham Palace spokesman James Roscoe said in a statement.

A Kensington Palace statement announced that they were prompted to take legal action after the photographer was seen near the 14-month-old Prince in central London Park. "No parent would tolerate the suspicion of someone pursuing and harassing their child and carer."

According to a BBC royal correspondant Nicholas Witchell, palace officials believe the photographers actions amount to "stalking." The correspondent also added that the photographer has been spoken to over many years about his behavior.

Some may question why royal authorities are taking such action given the status and role Prince George has. "The Duke and Duchess understand the particular public role that Prince George will one day inherit but while he is young, he must be permitted to lead as ordinary a life as possible," the statement continued.

The Buckingham Palace continues a statement explaining that they believe the photographer may allegedly be "...putting Prince George under surveillance and monitoring his daily routines for a periods of time."

Prince George of Cambridge is third in line to secede his great grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II.

The young Prince has already embarked on his first royal tour in April 2014. He had his first public engagement on tour during a playdate at the Government House, Wellington.

The little Prince had such an effect on the economy during his birth that businesses have attempted to use this effect to their advantage.
