New Jersey Judge Will Allow Joe Giudice To Be At Home With His 4 Daughters After Teresa Serves Time, Judge Salas Says, "I Want You Home With Your Girls"

If there isn't one thing good that came out of today's brutal sentencing for the Giudice's it's that New Jersey Judge, Esther Salas will let at least one parent stay out of prison while the other serves their time behind bars.

MStars News has been all over the fraud case sentencing Thursday, as we still await Teresa Giudice's fate. We previously learned that Joe Giudice has been sentenced to 41 months in a federal prison.

Judge Salas Gives Joe Giudice 41 Months Behind Bars...Teresa Giudice Awaiting Her Sentence

According to RadarOnline, Judge Salas has come to the conclusion to allow Joe to serve his prison term after Teresa, so that their 4 young daughters will not have to face anymore hurt with being separated from each other.

As we previously reported, Giudice was sentenced to 41 months behind bars on Thursday, and we learned that Joe has been sentenced to an additional twelve months on additional charges but will serve that concurrently. Joe will serve two years probation, seek alcohol treatment during jail time, and pay $10,000 in fines and restitution of $414,588.90 to the US Treasury.

As everyone awaits Teresa's sentencing, Salas promised the couple that they would serve time separately right before recess.

Judge Salas stated, “I want you home with your girls,” Gia, who is the eldest of the four girls is now a teenager at age 13, Gabriella is 9, Milania is 8, and Audriana is 5.
