Geno Smith, Michael Vick & Tim Tebow: New York Jets In Sensational Swoop To Bring Back Former QB For 'Tebowmania'

It never seems to be simple; no matter what the New York Jets do, they're still a massive NFL failure, by their own self-set standards anyway. The Jets want Super Bowls, but they often struggle to get wins, or even score points. Their QB situation, on paper, seems okay, with youngster Geno Smith and veteran Michael Vick on their roster, however, as many fans have said, the pair is "awful." It seems the New York Daily News agrees, as their latest headline cries out for a Tim Tebow return. That's right, the man that nobody wants, could well be on his way to a return to New York, and he may bring "Tebowmania" with him.

Although Tebow hasn't played a game since 2012, many have suggested that he's still working out hard and looking to improve, waiting for the day when he gets that call. It might just come sooner than expected, especially if Smith and Vick continue to under perform, and the NYDN continues their "Bring Tebow Back" push.

Yesterday the Jets' duo combined to pass for 74 yards, and that's not enough, meaning the Jets might be on the market for a QB. Tebow does know what life's like in New York, and he wasn't as poor as this duo have been, prompting some fans to agree that his return is worthwhile, even if just for the "Tebowmania" that would follow, giving the Jets something to get excited about.

Even if the Jets refuse to consider Tebow, their future looks bleak, and one can wonder, what more can they try to do?
