Johnny Manziel Autographed Used Truck: SOLD - For $42K!

Last week we told you about the used Nissan Titan SL pickup truck, which used to belong to Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel and now bears his autograph, that Airport Nissan in Cleveland was selling for $43,720.

Today we're back with an update: The truck is sold!

The lucky new owner reportedly paid $42,500 for the vehicle, which, sans-autograph, would be worth somewhere between $32K and $36K, according to Edmonds, as reported by TMZ

In case you missed the initial report: Manziel arrived at Airport Nissan last month to trade in his Titan for a black 2015 Nissan GTR with a black interior - his dream car. But before signing off on the deal for his new ride, which is reportedly worth upwards of $100,000 (!!!), the dealership's owner, Bernie Moreno, asked Johnny Football to autograph the dashboard.

Manziel obliged, and Moreno immediately put the truck on display inside the dealership's showroom.

Moreno told TMZ at the time that the truck had received lots of early interest but that a winning offer had not been made.

That all changed this week when the way over market value, but slightly under asking price, deal was finalized.

Moreno had mentioned previously that he was considering listing the truck on eBay so that anyone interested in it nationwide could make a bid for the purchase. But in the end that move was unnecessary because Cleveland rocks, and the sale went to a local couple.

According to Moreno, the car's new owners are a pair of Cleveland natives who are "HUGE Johnny Manziel fans," and he says he they couldn't be more thrilled about their new ride.

Manziel and the Browns host the Pittsburgh Steelers today at 1 p.m. at First Energy Stadium.
