Joseph Randle Arrested for Shoplifting: Dallas Cowboys RB Swipes Cologne, Underwear From Dillards Department Store [PHOTO]

Dallas Cowboys Running Back Joseph Randle was arrested on Monday night for allegedly stealing a bottle of cologne and a package of underwear from a Dallas department store.

According to TMZ, Randle swiped a tester bottle of Gucci Guilty Black and a 2-pack of black polo underwear from Dillards, located inside the Stonebriar Centre Mall.

The total value of the stolen goods is about $80 – $120 for the cologne and $40 for the underwear.

ESPN is reporting that Randle's charge was classified as a misdemeanor Class B theft of $50 to $500 by the Frisco Police Department. He was taken into custody at the Frisco City Detention Center and then released on writ bond at around 1:20 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 14.

Dillards reportedly has footage of the entire theft.

As CBS Dallas-Fort Worth claims, police told a local news radio station, KRLD, that Randle was caught right outside the store shortly after 8 p.m. on Monday and was held by "in-store loss prevention personnel." He did not attempt to flee from the mall when confronted about the alleged theft.

CBS notes that Randle's salary for this year is $495,000 and is expected to shoot up to $585,000 next season. He was drafted by the Cowboys in the fifth round of the 2013 NFL Draft and has played a reserve role for Dallas this year, coming off the bench in each of the team's six games thus far.

Just a day before the arrest, Randle had his best game of the season, rushing for 52 yards on five carries. For the season he has notched a total of 113 yards on 16 carries.

The Cowboys have yet to comment on the incident.
