It was an emotional day for the ladies of the hit daytime show The RealThe cohosts shared some of their deepest struggles and insecurities they have faced over the years.

Loni Love is used to making people laugh, but she became serious as she revealed to the audience that she had issues in the past with dress code and not being able to afford nice clothes for her job in the past.

"When I was a young engineer, I had to do an internship, it was me and another young lady and I will never forget at the exit interview my boss gave her interview and she was always dressed, she had money like that."

Love continued, "Me broke Loni, I was doing my thing but at the exit interview, he said, 'You know what? Your're excellent, you're going to go far, let me give you a suggestion.'"

She said her boss told her that, "You should dress like her, she dresses so nice, she dresses professional, and I looked at him because I didn't have the money."

Love said, "I always carried that baggage."

It's no secret Adrienne Bailon, and Rob Kardsahian, was everyone's idol at one time when they dated. The two even moved in together on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, but now Bailon said she has a lot of relationship baggage.

"For me I have a lot of relationship baggage, feeling like people either did me wrong or didn't want me," she claimed. "And for some reason, I always validated myself with being successful or working. There was a period of time between 'Cheetah Girls' and a lot of things that I've done now, that I didn't work. I felt like men wouldn't want me because I wasn't where I was at that time."

Tamera Mowry really let things out when she admitted that she hated being compared to her twin sister, Tia Mowry.

"Being a twin, people compare you by default," she told the ladies of the show. "Well, I was known as the goofy cute one. And I always thought it was a negative term cause all I wanted to be was sexy. I didn't want to just be cute."

Tamar Braxton revealed she suffers from a skin disease called vitiligo, which has started rumors that she has started to bleach her skin.

"Just today, somebody I haven't seen in a while was like, 'Oh, my God, I was thinking ... who is that white woman over there in the white? Oh, that's Tamar.' And I find myself always defending that I am who I am," she told the audience. "So for me, I just decided, you know what Tamar? You are going to accept yourself for who you are because either you're going to like me for me or you're not going to like me for me."
