Madison Bumgarner has caused a lot of chaos, full of the good, the bad and the ugly. The pitching sensation led the San Francisco Giants to their 3rd World Series win in five years, and it's safe to say the mayhem has only just begun for him. The reaction was manic, with a massive crime increase, including a shooting. He also ensured his MLB legacy was one of unbreakable status, he received an amazing text message from his father, and now his hometown will have a day in his honour. How's that for a 24-hour spell of events?

The Giants are the champions, but that didn't stop fans from breaking the law. Check out the crime report below:

-- 40 total arrests (29 for public intoxication).
-- 9 police cars damaged
-- 3 officers injured
-- 2 people shot

On top of that he has been given his own day in his hometown. Caldwell County will create a "Madison Bumgarner Day" to celebrate his outstanding performance. On top of that Madison gets to pick the day. His father must be so proud. In fact, he texted him before the game was won, saying just that:

His father, Kevin Bumgarner, texted him saying: "OMG. You're so much more than awesome. To see you work on the mound reminds me of watching you in high school. You are willing yourself to perfection and dragging the team along with you. I couldn't be more proud of your baseball accomplishments."

It's safe to say the last twenty four hours couldn't have been any crazier for the Giants' ace.
