Batman, Homer Simpson, Transformers, And More Get Frozen In Chocolate By Photographer Henry Hargreaves [PHOTOS + VIDEO]

Ever wonder what some of your favorite childhood characters would look like frozen in chocolate? Well, that's weird, but there's good news for you! It looks like photographer Henry Hargreaves has done just that! Now you can see the likes of Batman, Homer Simpson, Transformers' Optimus Prime, and more in their frozen-chocolate state. Cool?

Reported by Huffington Post (the Weird News section, naturally), the publication notes that Hargreaves reached out with some photos of his favorite childhood characters frozen in the delicious snack (or meal, depending on the state of mind), which spawned from a fantasy after watching Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. Yes, the one with Jabba the Hut... yes, the one where Harrison Ford gets frozen in carbonite (now chocolate carbonite!) ... and yes, the one where Princess Leia is wearing that scandalous bikini.

"In my nostalgic fantasy... the ruthless gangster, Jabba the Hut, put out a bounty on my favorite childhood characters," Hargreaves says in an email to the Huffington Post. "They suffer the same fate as Han Solo did in Return of the Jedi and are hung as trophies on his wall, all frozen in carbonite. But in my grown up world food has replaced fantasy as my obsession so here they are made from chocolate."
