Justin Bieber is a bad boy, pop star and fragrance creator. The 20-year-old singer has officially released his latest scent called Collector's Edition. This is the fourth fragrance for the "As Long As You Love Me" singer in four years.

This time around, Justin is focusing on his fans even more with the fragrance. "It's all about the personal connection I have with my fans," Justin exclusively told People about Collector's Edition.

Collector's Edition is different from his three previous fragrances (which were Someday, Girlfriend and The Key) because the bottle comes with a personal message. It reads, "You're all that matters to me –JB." The bottle is white with a gold splash of paint. It also has a small gold record hanging from the top of the bottle.

Justin described the scent of the perfume saying, "[It's] fresh ice before a hockey game; it reminds me of being a kid in Canada." The "Beauty and a Beat" singer also revealed that he thinks girls who wear perfume are really hot.

"I like when a girl wears perfume on her neck, that's definitely the sexiest place to me," the Canadian-native admitted to the publication. "I also think it's sexy when a girl's hair smells nice."

The new fruity fragrance is described as, "Sparkling and bright with an energetic burst of mouth-watering fruits, the newest fragrance by Justin Bieber instantly captivates and inspires." The fragrance website continues saying, "The heart uncovers a blooming floral bouquet while the creamy and addictive dry down of sensual musks and warm amber leaves you forever thinking of Justin."

The new fragrance can be purchased at Target and there is a "Swept Away Hair Mist" that matches for $20. There is also a body lotion and roller ball version of the scent. You can choose from three different sizes!
