It was announced yesterday that Taylor Swift had taken her entire music catalogue off of the popular streaming service Spotify. And now, it seems fans on Twitter won't stop talking about it! The reactions have been all across the spectrum, from fans pleading she put them back on to comedians and everyday funnymen cracking jokes about the situation. You know, like the fact that Swift and Spotify are "Never Ever Getting Back Together!"

Jokes aside, why did the 1989 singer remove everything from Spotify? Rolling Stone reports that earlier this year, the musician famously wrote about her position on free music. "Music is art," she said, "and art is important and rare. Important, rare things are valuable. Valuable things should be paid for."

And while most of us took her words for what they were, not many were expecting the abrupt pull from Spotify yesterday morning (Monday, Nov. 3).

Check out some of the reactions from fans (and some non-fans) below:

So, finding it hard to get over the lack-o-Taylor on Spotify? You're in luck! The streaming service was kind enough to make a couple of playlists to help you all cope! Yep, really. Behold –– A Little Poetry List for Taylor Swift and What To Play While Taylor's Away.

So, until she decides otherwise... sorry, Spotify!
