Victoria & David Beckham's Son Romeo Beckham Stars in Burberry's Magical Holiday Ad
Burberry went all-out for its holiday campaign this year! As promised, Romeo Beckham, Victoria and David Beckham's 12-year-old son, has returned for a second stint as the face of Burberry.
Fashionista says Romeo adds charm to Burberry's dreamy holiday campaign. The accompanying video, entitiled "From London with Love," features dancers spinning in ball gowns before a mock cityscape of London. The video feels a lot like an extension of the runway show Burberry held in Shanghai that had its models doing the same. The whole thing is whimsical and full of fantasy with an army of Burberry trenches and signature checked scarves. Ed Harcourt, who performed at Burberry's Shanghai show, even wrote an exclusive song for the occasion.
MStars News recently reported Romeo is not the only famous face to advertise the most luxurious brand in the world. Emma Watson, Chloe Grace Moretz, Haille Steinfeld, Dakota and Elle Fanning have all been faces of the brand. During his last Burberry campaign, designer and CEO Christopher Baily described Romeo as a "joy to work with."
Burberry says this holiday season seems to be a difficult retail environment. Consumers aren't really shopping for themselves, so now's the time to highlight the brand's essential favorites: Scarves, umbrellas, lipstick and trench coats. Check out the "From London with Love" video below!
