Cara Delevingne is cutting back her modeling to focus on film. The 22-year-old told WWD she is preparing for the release of a slew of movies next year starting with The Face of an Angel, Michael Winterbottom's take on the real-life story of Amanda Knox.

"[Modeling] has definitely become more on the back burner, just because there's no way I can work as much as I have been. I mean, every day of my last couple of years, I've been modeling and now, I've just been doing films," said Delevingne, who recently completed her sixth movie.

Among her upcoming projects are London Fields, starring Johnny Depp and Amber HeardTulip Fever with Christoph Waltz, and director Joe Wright's Pan, which features Hugh Jackman and Rooney Mara.

"I'm just going to be taking my time and doing things that I really care about, you know, parts that I really enjoy," said Delevingne. "But we'll see. I don't know. I never want to expect anything of the future, I just want to kind of try my best and see what happens."

Fresh off a plane from Topshop's opening in New York, she was in Paris on Thursday to inaugurate the Burberry-themed holiday windows with fellow supermodel (and bestie), Kate Moss, at the Printemps flagship on Boulevard Haussmann. The two bombshells were greeted by Burberry chief executive officer Christopher Bailey and Printemps CEO Paolo de Cesare.

Visitors can digitally interact with the window displays through their smartphones by changing the weather in the "Crossing the Sea" window-scape or creating digital postcards to share on social media. Delevingne, with more than 7.8 million followers on Instagram and 1.9 million on Twitter, hopes to use her following to promote causes close to her heart, such as feminism. "I'm a big feminist," she said.

When it comes to Christmas, Delevingne says she likes to follow traditions.

"Generally, I prefer spending Christmas with young people, so you can do the stockings and stuff, pretend to be Father Christmas, leave carrots and milk by the chimney," she said. "I'm not that hard to buy presents for. But we don't really do stockings anymore, so I just spend more time thinking about what I'm going to try to buy everybody else, because I have no time to shop."
