Yes, fellas, it keeps getting more real: Kate Upton has long-term boyfriend and she even tweets and Instagrams about him. The lucky guy is Justin Verlander, pitcher for the Detroit Tigers.

Her MLB beau got some much-needed relief as he trapezed during their adventure in New York. Upton as well as a handful of other celebrities have dealt with nude photo releases on the web. One of them was him and Upton in some nude shots, but he hasn’t let that get to him.

The two took their love to new highest as they took a class at the Trapeze School New York and opted to document it via Instagram for all their fans to see.

The 22-year-old model didn’t have to worry about having experience, as the school offers two hour long classes and there is no experience required!

But models can do anything right? Even when it comes to being confident, which trapeze performing requires!

"My mother always taught me that smiling when you walk into a room is the best beauty secret, so if I'm nervous when I walk in I just smile, and I think everyone warms to you quicker that way," she said to Vogue. "Sometimes people look stern when I come on set, just because they're concentrating or getting ready for their day, but I'll chat and smile and finally I break them down!"
