The countdown continues as America awaits another Duggar to arrive into the world. This time it will be Jim Bob and Michelle's daughter Jill Duggar Dillard's son, aka "Baby Dilly," who is expected to make his debut March 2015.

After getting over another wedding — Ben and Jessa Seewald's — the 19 Kids and Counting stars Derick, 25, and Jill Dillard, 23, are gearing up for parenthood and taking their first pregnancy one step at a time.

"I am learning a lot about birth," Derick shared with People magazine earlier this week. "We are doing our homework together, and I keep reading new things, the medical aspects are fascinating to me."

Jill says she and her husband are on the same page when it comes to their child's birth plan:

"We are really on the same page. The more Derick learns about birth, the more he feels that natural childbirth makes sense. ... Derick's great at helping me with relaxation, and really good and supportive."

The Dillards also revealed that they have been writing a journal for their son, as mom-to-be does prenatal workouts, while her husband is at work for Wal-Mart, seen below.

"After the holidays, we'll get started on the nursery," the couple said.

Jill and Derick have also decided to share with fans moments from their updated ultrasound.

"We're 5 months along now, and we have our ultrasound pictures here," Jill says in the video.

Describing her son's features: "You can see his foot, you can see he's a boy here," and Derick chimes in, "you can see his profile here."

He adds, "you can see the legs, and the head."

In one photo, Derick claims that his son sleeps like his wife. Here's a close-up of that photo below, courtesy of the Dillards:

"Just feeling great right now," the proud parents tell their fans in the special video.

Jill says she feels, "kicks now." She adds, "I actually got to feel him move a couple of times this week," and reveals Derick felt him move first.

Check out the adorable ultrasound video now. Thanks Jill and Derick for sharing!!
