Kayla Goldberg Herpes Contracted from Kris Humphries? Files Lawsuit and Wants Money

Kayla Goldberg is the woman who is suing Kris Humphries for giving her herpes. Goldberg claimed that they had sexual intercourse more than once after they met on August 31, 2010. It was just two months before he met Kim Kardashian.
Goldberg's legal documents also list four other people who may have given her the virus.
Humphries' representative affirmed that the basketball star is "100 percent sure she did not contract [herpes] from him."
A source told Radar Online that Humphries has tested negative for herpes and any other sexually transmitted dieases when he was recently accused by another woman within the last two months.
