'The View' Whoopi Goldberg, Rosie O'Donnell Fired Over Nasty Feud? ABC Wants To Fix Sagging Talk Show By Changing Hosts!

The View feud between Rosie O'Donnell and Whoopi Goldberg has gotten even nastier with the network telling the panelists to shape up or ship out if they want to keep their jobs.

"Rosie and Whoopi have been told they need to figure out your chemistry and energy and sharing responsibilities," a source told Radar Online. "They've told them, 'This is your show, so figure it out.'"

Not only would the comediennes be out of a job, but so would the rest of the cast, which includes actress Rosie Perez and former political advisor Nicolle Wallace.

"ABC is at point where if it sinks, everybody is going down with the ship," the source said. "[The show] would have four new cast members and an entirely new producing team."

One of the ways producers are trying to revitalize the show is by having The Flintstones actress share lead responsibilities with Whoopi.

"There are going to be big changes in terms of the tone of show," according to the tabloid site. "[Rosie O.] will have a bigger role in terms of moderating."

This would mean that if the Ghost actress doesn't want to be a team player, then she would have to pack her bags.

"It's not about who's surviving longer, but who's going to survive at all," the source continued.

As MStars News reported, there have been tumultuous amounts of drama behind the scenes of the daytime chatfest including a recent heated battle over current events in the news.

"There's terrible frustration and there are problems," a source told the NY Daily News. "Whoopi didn't want to talk about Cosby and Ferguson, Rosie [O.] did - how could you not? These are topics that are uncomfortable for everyone, but it's The View and it's their job to talk about topics that might make some people tense."

"Rosie [O.] was yelling at everyone. First, she had a fight with Whoopi and then she had a fight with the producers," according to the source.
