Maci and Kyle: ‘Teen Mom’ Stars Back Together, Never Any Cheating

Fans of MTV's hit reality show "Teen Mom" were thrown a curveball after Tuesday's finale episode, were a sneak peak clip of next week's reunion show with Dr. Drew shows teen mom Maci Bookout emotionally admitting to the camera, "He cheated on me."  The recently turned 21-year-old can't be referring to live-in boyfriend Kyle King now, could she?

Apparently not. In fact, looks like the dramatic statement was merely a great editing move made by MTV producers. Following the sneak peak preview, King quickly tweeted:

@kyleking100: "DID NOT CHeAT !!!!!! if ur gonna say it un follow me now thanks! Love ya."

He later went on to add in a post:

@kyleking100: "@MaciBookoutMTV and I are are fine and dandy :-) but watch and see!"

So, what's all the cheating hype about?

While Maci and Kyle did briefly breakup during the filming of the "Teen Mom" reunion, the two are apparently back together and as strong as ever.  And the short-lived split wasn't a result of cheating, at least not according to either Bookout or King.

However, rumors have it that the mother of Bentley did date another Kyle (Regal) during her brief breakup with King. So is that the cheating Kyle she's referring to during the reunion? Probably.

Looks like "Teen Mom" fans will have to tune in Tuesday (Sept. 4) for the "Teen Mom Reunion" recap with Dr. Drew to find out! Catch the episode on MTV at 10 p.m. ET.
