Omarosa Manigault and Michael Clarke Duncan Wanted to Start a Family Before Death Shattered the Dream

Reverend Omarosa Manigault was spotted crying uncontrollably ever since the "love of her life" Michael Clarke Duncan died at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after near two months of treatment.  He was first admitted to the hospital on July 13 when Manigault discovered him unresponsive and reportedly did CPR to save him at that time before he was rushed to the hospital.  His death drew many people to value the preciousness of their lives 

It was not long ago when the couple was beaming with smiles.  The two were secretly planning to wed and start a family revealed Manigault's representative Priscilla Clarke.  

Clarke said, "She's absolutely devastated.  They were planning to get married and start a family."

"The Oscar-nominated actor suffered a myocardial infarction on July 13 and never fully recovered," Duncan's publicist stated on Monday.   "Manigault is grateful for all of your prayers and asks for privacy at this time."

TMZ was able to capture Manigault on video breaking down as she headed out of the airport into a car.  This is a tough time for Manigault as she copes with the loss of her fiancé.
