Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart Break Up: K-Stew Seeks Relief in R-Patz Shirt, Wants Counseling [POLL]

It must be hard for Kristen Stewart to accept the fact that she is one of the most despised celebrities in Hollywood at the moment - so the "Twilight" star is seeking counseling to qualm some of her sorrow and heartbreak. Looks like K-Stew might need some help letting go of her former relationship with Robert Pattinson, too - the 22-year-old was photographed in L.A. earlier this week, sporting a t-shirt which many claim was once owned by her ex-"Twilight" beau.

One inside source tells the National Enquirer, "She knows she messed up so badly by cheating on him, and she's finding it hard to cope with her agony."

The source goes on to say: "Even though Kristen has close family and friends trying to be supportive, it's not enough. She keeps beating herself up, asking why, why, why? She knows she needs a professional to help her-it's like she's going through a divorce."

Things started to go downhill for the "Snow White and the Huntsman" actress once it was discovered that she had cheated on her three-year relationship with Pattinson with director Rupert Sanders. Although K-Strew posted an official apology in July, "Twilight" fans (as a matter-of-fact, a majority of people in general), were livid.

In the photo snapped on Tuesday, a down-trodden looking Stewart (not to mention much thinner) flaunts a white, oversized t-shirt - a shirt that Pattinson must have left behind when he promptly moved out of the former couple's shared L.A. home. "The Runaways" star also sports a finger brace on her left middle finger. K-Stew has definitely seen some better days.

Maybe Stewart does need some counseling to deal with the current drama and hardships in her life. She was expected to make an appearance at the MTV VMAs on Thursday, but has since cancelled (Pattinson is still planning to be in L.A. for the event). What do fans think?
