Dawson's Creek Reunion: Michelle Williams & Busy Philipp's Follow Joshua Jackson & James Van Der Beck's Selfie & Post Picture Together On New Years
What's a better way to start off 2015 then by having a mini Dawson's Creek reunion? Stars of the popular drama series Michelle Williams and Busy Philipps got together over the New Year's holiday on a girls getaway trip to the Maldives, and lucky for all of us Dawson fans Busy posted the picture to her social media sites. The stars are just the latest members of the cast to reunite within the last couple of months as Joshua Jackson and James Van Der Beek were also together earlier this month at an event.
Michelle and Busy were together over the holiday weekend as they vacationed together on the islands in the Indian Ocean, and the two were all smiles as they posed for the picture that Busy posted to her Instagram account.
The two looked very festive as they sported their floral print dresses that blended in with the island style of the resort.
"Bffs. I LOVE VACATION. #maldives #2017 #tequila," the star jokingly wrote in the caption of the picture.
She posted another picture similar to the first one but closer up and wrote "one more... #mushacay #2013 #newyears #bffs,"
According to E! News this isn't the first time that the girls spend the holiday together as they were also spotted together on NYE's in 2012 when the traveled to Mexico with Busy's husband Marc Silverstein and William's boyfriend at the time, Jason Segel.
WIlliams and Philipps are following in the footsteps of two of the other show's stars James Van Der Beek and Joshua Jackson who posted the following picture to his Instagram account last month with the caption, "the most pleasant run-ins can happen in the most unexpected places."
