Jessa, Ben Seewald Workout As A Couple: Trying To Stay In Shape While Pregnant? Newlywed Starting To Post Photos Waist Up [VIDEO]

Ben and Jessa Seewald have been trying to encourage everyone to live a healthy lifestyle as they take their fans on a journey during their own personal workout and healthy eating journey.

Over the past couple of weeks, the couple has shown us home videos of the couple working-out and drinking smoothies for meals.

In the video above, Jessa is seen drinking her smoothie before church service and notes that she is drinking a "healthy blueberry, and mango smoothie."

In the next video the couple are working-out in the gym together, with Jessa's sister, Joy and one of her brothers, as Jessa gets her workout in her arms shooting video, while her sister tones and strengthens her legs while doing squats with weights.

Jessa captions the video, "Joy was tearin' it up in the workout room today! She beat her previous record by parallel squatting 145 lbs!! Keep it up, little sis! @duggarfam."

Some reports are speculating that Jessa good be eating healthy and working-out because she is trying to stay in shape for the arrival of her first child with Ben.

According to E! ,Jessa has been having weird cravings, for example the next video shows a grilled-chicken sandwich with some unusual toppings.

She writes: "I actually got the grilled chicken wrap, but I had to have a bite of Ben's Spicy Deluxe w/ Pepper Jack!
Add a little Texas Pete, and *WOW!* Your taste buds will be in heaven! #chickfila"

The site adds that the newlywed has been uploading photos of herself waist up, as if she is trying to hide a growing baby bump. Who knows, only time will tell if Ben and Jessa will announce that they are expecting their first child.

But fans seem to think Jessa is indeed prego!
