RHOC Casting Drama & Rumors: Vicki Gunvalson, Shannon Beador, Heather Dubrow Not Delivering Drama? Tamra Barney Judge Only One 'Bringing It?'
It seems like every day there are reports that producers of The Real Housewives franchise aren't happy with the stars of their series. Today is no different as it is being reported that The Real Housewives of Orange County are just the latest girls to be feeling the pressure to deliver on the drama. It seems that returning costars Vicki Gunvalson, Shannon Beador, Tamra Barney Judge and Heather Dubrow aren't bring the tension, so producers have stepped in and casted some new ladies for the upcoming season.
Radar Online is reporting that while the show has already decided to bring back legendary housewife Jeana Keough to shake things up, they are also looking to bring some new faces into the mix.
"Filming has begun but producers are not happy," an insider explained. "Bravo is exploring opportunities to add new members to the cast. They are looking at options to bring on some wives of sports stars to the mix."
Shannon Beador took to her Instagram account earlier this week to post that she was filming scenes for the new season alongside two unfamiliar faces.
She wrote in the caption, "RHOC has begun once again! Had so much fun filming today! #RHOC #bestfriends."
It seems that the only housewife that is delivering on the drama, according to Radar, is Tamra, who was rumored to be on the chopping block last season.
"While it may not be the most interesting thing to every viewer, Tamra Judge is the only one coming up with stuff that can actually be filmed," the insider explained.
The site is reporting that Judge has been filming a lot of scenes with her family, as "she has a lot going on," with them.
