Love & Hip Hop New York star Chrissy Monroe was asked a few questions by Sister 2 Sister magazine during a recent trip in DC, and she had a lot to talk about from being raised in Baltimore, the reality show, and her past.

When asked, "Who is Chrissy Monroe?" she replied, "I think I'm someone different to everyone in my life."

"To some people, I'm a best friend, to some people I'm a loyal girlfriend, to some people I'm a boss ... so it depends on who you are," the reality star said.

One weird thing Monroe pointed out was that she collects barbies. Monroe's pet dog, Marge Tiffany is a part of the show, noting that she loves animals. Monroe revealed that she is active with "animal rescue, as well as doing interior design part time."

The LHHNY star adds, "I'm the jack-of-all-trades." Monroe, a native of Baltimore, described growing in in the city: "Not that many people leave Baltimore city, and you know there's a lot of culture in Baltimore. That city made me who I am today. I've been on my own from a young age, since about maybe ... I got my own apartment at age 15."

"I had a pretty rough upbringing, it made me strong, and it made me ambitious, it gave me that hustle mentality," Chrissy noted.

She brags about "owning a clothing store in Baltimore, I get a lot of stuff in the acting world from Baltimore ... I did a lot of things early and on my own."

She says she knew she wanted to be in New York after traveling back and forth to the big city, which gave her bigger opportunities in modeling, and in the entertainment world.

Chrissy says despite her mother not being in her life that much she did help her out with modeling at the age of 12. "The skills that I learned, etiquette, and proper posture, things like that has taking me very far in life."
