'Ray Donovan' Season 3 Casting: Katie Holmes, Tom Cruise's Ex, Joins Liev Schreiber, Ian McShane! [WATCH]

Showtime has announced new casting additions to the award-winning crime drama, Ray Donovan. In the upcoming Season 3, audiences should get ready to meet Katie Holmes, the former Mrs.Tom Cruise, and Skyler Shaye joining leading man Liev Schreiber and recurring guest star Ian McShane.

The series follows the title character, who is a go-to fixer for Hollywood's elite. With a lucrative business ahead of him, his past though as a ruthless South Boston thug comes back to haunt him. Ray's father Mickey (Jon Voight), has come back to settle old scores, which could spell trouble for him and his innocent family.

We previously mentioned, the We Are Marshall actor will play a recurring role on the Showtime drama. Viewers will be introduced to Malcolm Finney, a prominent movie producer in the industry. The billionaire hires Ray to get his family, which includes Paige, out of a potentially catastrophic situation.

According to TV Line, the Batman Begins actress will play a shrewd and feisty businesswoman Paige. In a major role, Paige is the daughter of billionaire producer Malcom Finney (played by the Snow White and the Huntsman actor).

Just Jared has also announced Bratz: The Movie actress joining the cast and her character arc will begin in the season premiere.

Audiences previously met McShane and his former co-star, Paula Malcomson, as Al Swearengen and Trixie on the critically acclaimed HBO western drama, Deadwood. Audiences will be anxious to see a Deadwood reunion if Malcolm crosses paths with Abby.

We are also very excited to see the launch of the rebooted Twin Peaks series from David Lynch on Showtime, especially now that actor Kyle MacLachlan is back on the show.

The third season of Ray Donovan will premiere on Showtime sometime in 2015.
