Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga: 'Real Housewives of NJ' Star Threatens to Sue over Alleged Attack?

The heated feud between "Real Housewives of New Jersey" reality stars Teresa Giudice and sister-in-law Melissa Gorga has been ongoing this entire season of the hit Bravo show. Now it looks like Giudice is threatening to sue Gorga over apparently "false" accusations that the "Fabellini" creator violently attacked the pop musician-wannabe. According to 40-year-old Giidice, the physical encounter actually happened the other way around.

A Radar Online report released on Friday claims that Gorga insists Giudice hit her at a recent family birthday party (an altercation which surprisingly didn't make it on camera).Guidice is now upset that her brother's wife is spreading such "vicious" lies about her, and maintains that ultimately  she is the victim in this scenario. Reports have it that Giudice may look into suing Gorga over all the drama (especially after an encounter on the "reunion" episode where Gorga supposedly freaks out and "attacks" Giudice), and wants all "Real Housewives" fans to understand she didn't hit the newest reality cast member.

"I usually don't comment on stories about me, but I cannot ignore Melissa Marco's vicious lie that I assaulted her at my own children's birthday party while she was holding my baby nephew," Giudice recently told the Huffington Post. "It is completely untrue in every way. To make such a horrible accusation that involves our children is beyond despicable and speaks to her true character."

One inside source at the party in-question backs up Giudice's side of the story:

"This supposedly happened at Gia and Milania's very big, very public joint birthday party in January. The party was at Space Odyssey, owned by Elvira Grau, who was with Teresa the entire time. Elvira has publicly tweeted that it's untrue. It was a very public party with a hired photographer there. No one saw them do anything but talk. They didn't even hug because Melissa was holding her baby, so Teresa just kissed the baby. If anything had happened, why didn't Melissa immediately go to the press about it then? She puts every other little complaint on Twitter. Nothing."

As for the alleged Gorga "reunion" attack against Giudice, one Bravo insider tells the Post, "Melissa lost it at the reunion and put her hands on Teresa. Teresa started yelling that she was going to 'sue' Melissa, but has not taken any legal action yet."

It looks like the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" is turning into a high-heeled, lipsticked version of WWE SmackDown. Can't wait to see what happens on this reunion episode!
