Global Citizen Festival Live Stream Free, Watch Online Broadcast

The Global Citizen Festival is tonight September 29, 2012 and is a charity event where tens of thousands of music fans can enjoy awesome music from Foo Fighters, Neil Young, The Black Keys, K'naan and more. Watch the live stream free below if you''re not in NYC.

If you miss the live stream, you can watch the replay on ET at 12:00 a.m. EST and 8:00 am ET Sunday, September 30, 2012.

The charity concert brings attention to poverty worldwide. Free tickets were given out for those who registered at globalcitizen.org and they were required to learn about many issues pertaining to poverty.

Over 71,000 people were reported to have registered online. Washington Post reported that "take action related to extreme poverty while telling a new story about the challenges."
