Se Og Hor magazine was rumored to have posted Kate Middleton bottomless photos, however the Danish magazine editor said to CNN that they've never posted bottomless photos.  They've only published topless Kate photos on their Sept. 20 issue, which are the same set of photos as Closer magazine France.

Editor Kim Henningsen defended his choice to publish the topless photos previously, "It's a set of unique photos from an A-class celebrity. We are a leading gossip magazine in Denmark, and it is my job to publish them."

With no fear of legal threats, he added, "If the British royal family want to sue us, then it will happen then and we'll deal with it."
St. James Palace did not want to comment on the bottomless photos when asked by CNN.
"As we've said, we will not be commenting on potential legal action concerning the alleged intended publication of the photos save to say that all proportionate responses will be kept under review," a St. James Palace spokeswoman said.

Before Middleton got caught up in the topless photo scandal 2 weeks ago, the Duchess of Cambridge was best known for her fashion and for being a very private person despite being in such a public position.
