Danny Bonaduce Bitten by Crazed Fan, Former Child Star Blames "Bath Salts"

Actor Danny Bonaduce, former child star known for his role on the hit television sitcom "The Partridge Family," was bitten by a crazed fan during an event at a Western Washington casino on Friday night. Apparently the diehard fan (first in line) asked if she could give Bonaduce a kiss, and concurrently latched onto the 53-year-old's cheek instead. Bonaduce seems to blame the bizarre occurrence on "bath salts," a popular designer drug linked to wacky and violent behavior when ingested by users.

Describing the teeth-baring attack (which took place at the Skagit Valley Casino) Bonaduce states: "'Can I kiss you?' Yeah, I think I'll bite off your face instead... It's like having 10 lit wadded up cigarettes and stuffing them against my cheek and not having them go out." The former Hollywood "bad boy," who now works as a radio DJ in Seattle, says the "cannibalistic" woman was taken into custody, but he doesn't plan on pressing any charges. "I won't press charges unless they call me up and say we really think she'll harm herself, please press charges, and then I would," he said.

Bonaduce's wife Amy says that the former VH1 reality show star was treated with antibiotics after the bite. But Bonaduce seems to treat the odd celebrity-fan interaction with humor, tweeting on Saturday (referencing his appearance at the Peterson Brothers 1111 bar in Tacoma on Thursday night):

@TheDoochMan: "Peterson Bros 1111's meatloaf sandwiches are really good, but apparently I'm delicious..."
