'Grey's Anatomy' Season 11 Spoilers - Is Meredith Cheating on Derek? Ellen Pompeo's Suitcase Full of Lingerie Spells Trouble for Couple

Just when we thought that Meredith and Derek's relationship was safe on Grey's Anatomy, it seems that Shonda Rhimes is throwing something else at them to shake up their marriage. While the couple just had to deal with Derek's move to Washington D.C., it seems that a cheating scandal is the next thing that is going to rock this strong couple.

According to People, last week fans saw Ellen Pompeo fly to D.C. to have some "emergency sex" with her husband, as a way to "strengthen" their relationship, but it might not have been enough for this couple, as Mer's half-sister Maggie is questioning her motives.

And rightfully so, as in an ABC clip, Grey shows up in the hospital with a "suitcase full of lingerie," and it might have been for someone other than her husband, or at least that is what Maggie thinks.

"Derek called me three times asking where you were," Meredith's half-sister, played by Kelly McCreary, states in the clip. "Meanwhile, you'd texted me telling me what a great time you were having, so... Whatever you were doing, whoever... he/she/they, whatever... it wasn't with him."

Other spoilers that will take place during this episode, according to The Inquistr, will feature Dr. Herman as she start to warm up to her mentee Arizona. Also Ben and Baily will have to scramble to figure out what is wrong with Ben's brother, as he makes an ominous visit to Seattle Grace.

As for Sarah Drew's character April, viewers just saw her and Jackson as they had to make the tough decision to terminate her pregnancy. Drew teases that fans will get to see April embrace a grittier side in the coming episodes.

Has the religious doctor lost her faith completely? Viewers will have to tune in to Grey's Anatomy to see.
