Ahead of tonight's all-new episode, CBS has released a sneak peek clip from Season 4 of Person of Interest. With Team Machine dwindling in numbers, are Finch (Michael Emerson), and Reese (Jim Caviezel) willing to go to the extremes and use "blunt force" to stop Samaritan?

As we previously mentioned, Samaritan has been kidnapping civilians and experimenting on them with neural implants. After last seen in the cliff-hanging If-Then-Else, we discovered Shaw (Sarah Shahi) is still alive, but she is lying on a hospital bed. In the room with her is the mysterious Mr. Greer, who is holding her hostage. Shaw's last line is, "If this is the afterlife, this kinda sucks."

In our recent recap, Finch was taken hostage by Claire, the young hacker from Nautilus. Even though Root (Amy Acker) came back and rescued Finch, Claire still managed to steal his laptop. Mr. Greer continues to make Samaritan stronger by merging the Artificial Intelligence with the voice-activated app known as VAL.

According to TV, the plot synopsis follows Reese and Finch as they attempt to protect their new number, Harper, a street-smart grifter. Harper's plan is to steal cash from a medical marijuana dispensary ends up going horribly wrong. From the clip below, Reese realizes he looks like a creepy stalker with his cellphone in hand, when he ends up on the wrong floor.

As we mentioned before, Finch and Reese will face against a relentless bounty hunter (Katheryn Winnick) and a tech tycoon (Aasif Mandvi) in upcoming episodes. We'll have to wait and see if these guest-stars are the Machine's new numbers or Samaritan's new agents.
