Big Sean All Smiles When it Comes to Ariana Grande [WATCH]

When it comes to love, Big Sean and Ariana Grande really do play the part well. Now the singer and rapper's relationship can't help but be noticed by fans, but Sean reveals it was a friendship that started between them before the romance.

In a new interview with The Real, while promoting his new album, "Dark Sky Paradise," Sean talked about his new love, Ariana and more.

When Jeannie Mai said, "another big fan of yours is Ariana Grande," Sean couldn't hold back his smile and feelings for his woman while revealing that the relationship is "great."

“We started out as friends, but that was the thing," he told the co-host, and audience. "It progressed from there, and that’s the first time I’ve ever been in a situation where we started as friends and it progressed, so that’s what it is."

When Sean was asked what attracted him to his love, the rapper claims it was her "drive" and "focus."

“What I like in women is when they got drive and focus” he explained. "That's what I like, I attach to, I appreciate, because I got drive, I got focus, too, and every day I’m like, you gotta get it."

Sean got some laughs in when the ladies started singing his hit song, "I Don't F**k With You." Co-host Tamera Mowry-Housley, who is known for being the "angel" of the group, even got a kick out of the song, singing, "I don't fudge with you."

The song is basically everyone's "anthem" when it comes to haters and negative people, or for anyone that has been hurt.

Co-host Adrienne Bailon claims it's one of her favorite songs. The hit song also has it's own hashtag, "#IDFWU."
